HERE IS HOW YOUR RESTAURANT IS DESIGNED |

Discuss in detail, by phone, your specifications for your restaurant. For instance the character of the restaurant, the items served, (coffee, pizza, steak, informal dining, gourmet dining, or what have you). |

Once the details are discussed, measurements and photos of the location are to be collected and sent to the designer by mail or email. |

A full schedule of drawings will be developed, which includes a space plan including the placement of all the partitions, seating, service areas, traffic patterns, as well as the location of the kitchen, bathrooms, and those elements that make up an efficient restaurant. |

Once the space plan is developed, all decor is created for the walls, the seating choices such as chairs, booths, banquettes.... all based on the type of restaurant. The use of wood, vinyl, murals, fabric,
carpeting, flooring and the color scheme is specified. |

A reflected ceiling plan is also developed (if required) for the total space which include general lighting, decorative lights, chandeliers, etc. |

A booklet is developed with all the chosen specifications such as the furniture, colors, and all materials that make up the uniqueness of the restaurant. These are the specifications needed to complete the process of construction and the purchase of all elements for the interior. |

| All plans as described above are created by hand by the traditionsl method of creative designers. The hand drawings are fed into a computer with the latest design software and three dimensional sketches of your restaurant are produced. These sketches are part of the final presentation to you. |

| Keep in mind that this is an Interior Design Progam and the kitchen should be designed by a restaurant equipment supply house. However, the space allotted for the kitchen will be determined by this designer based on our conversation and my broad experience but if the kitchen needs more space, determined by the kitchen designer, the drawing will be re-drawn to allow for the changes. The engineering of the space such as plumbing, electrical, heating and airconditioning should be
accomplished by those specialists and are not included in this program. |
